Hi there!

Growing up in Medicine Hat, I was involved in many different activities including music and dance lessons, a handful of sports, and powerlifting. This sparked an interest in me to learn more about the human body and health & fitness. I began my studies in Kinesiology at Medicine Hat College before transferring to the University of Alberta. During undergrad, I decided to pursue a career in chiropractics, where I could combine my interests of human movement and health with my love of helping others. I attended the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2020.

Outside of the clinic, you can find me in the gym, coaching or playing badminton, playing cello with the Medicine Hat Community Orchestra, binge reading a good book, or mass baking sweet treats.

My Approach to Care

My approach to chiropractic care is focusing on each person as a whole, finding & treating the underlying cause in addition to the presenting symptoms. I offer longer appointment times because I want to spend time getting to know you and what your goals are with treatment.

I utilize a variety of treatments including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, acupuncture, rehab exercises, and patient education. I have taken and continue to take additional courses to further enhance my skill set, including Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), McKenzie Method (MDT), and Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) courses. My goal is to get you back to moving your best and doing what you love!
